Easy to operate control system for a wide range of applications!

To provide an exemplary overview of our product range for industrial power unit controls, we would like to present a few examples:

The hydraulic power unit is equipped with a powerful 7.5 kW motor on a 70-liter tank. The pump generates a flow rate of 33 liters per minute. The power unit is used for lowering sea containers. To make loading more efficient, the containers are placed on a lift system that can be lowered. This allows for ground-level loading with material handling equipment. To ensure balanced lowering, the cylinders are connected via a four-way gear flow divider. The power unit is controlled by an integrated electrical control system with two operator stations, allowing for user-friendly operation.

The hydraulic power unit is equipped with a powerful 55 kW motor, which is mounted on a large 630-liter tank. With a flow rate of 116 + 88 liters per minute, it offers high efficiency. The double-pump combination ensures flexible power delivery, while the high-pressure-low-pressure control allows for precise adjustment to the operating conditions. The unit can be conveniently controlled via a remote control. It is used in the car body press for vehicle recycling, where it serves as a reliable and powerful support for the crushing of cars. The entire system guarantees effective and economical vehicle recycling.

The hydraulic power units are each equipped with a 200-liter tank and a 22 kW motor, offering a flow rate of 37 liters per minute. The pump is controlled by a frequency converter, allowing for precise adjustment of the flow rate to meet the volume flow requirements of the test benches. An integrated pressure sensor transmits the actual value and is compared with the setpoint in the control system. The power units are used in a testing facility for the continuous load testing of orthoprotheses, which includes seven test stations. These stations simulate endurance tests to determine the lifespan/durability of the prostheses. The system is set up with two units in a semi-redundant configuration to ensure high operational reliability and continuous testing. Manual switching between the two units is required, and a hot-standby function was not required.

Conversion kits have been developed for a workshop press that meet current safety requirements to safely assemble transmission parts in single-hand operation. These controls are designed for high-pressure power units with a 2.2 kW power rating and pressures up to 700 bar.
